Square Dance Mental Training
　このページは試験的に作成しています。システム的にどういう形がいいか、悩んでいるところです。狙いは「スクエアダンスが上手になるためのお勉強を楽しみながらやりましょう」ってところですかね。
　この方法は２年前の年末年始にアメリカに行った時に出会ったアメリカの有名なＣ４ダンサー、Bill Heimannに教わった勉強法です。
　誤解の無いように言っておきますが、絵を入れるのが面倒だから文字にしているわけではないんです。頭で想像することに意義があるのです。“Mental Training”ですから。（^_^）
